Minimodelrc.co.uk Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions
1. Minimodelshop.co.uk Gift Certificates must be redeemed against products available on the following shops; minimodelcars.co.uk, minimodelbikes.co.uk, minimodelrc.co.uk, minimodelfilmstuff.co.uk, minimodelcommercial.co.uk and minimodelracecars.co.uk.
2. The Gift Certificates will be despatched to the Buyer at the delivery address as indicated on the order immediately upon receipt of the order, subject to clearance of funds. Risk in the Vouchers shall remain with the Company until delivery, at which point it shall pass to the Buyer.
3. Certificates are not replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed, or expired.
4. Minimodelshop.co.uk Gift Certificates have a cash redemption value of 0.001p and are not transferable or assignable.
5. Minimodelshop.co.uk Gift Certificates are accepted at face value in British Pounds Sterling.
6. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account.
7. If the order exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, the balance must be paid by credit or debit card.
8. The Buyer shall have no right in any circumstances to cancel any order for Certificates or return Certificates.
9. Gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates expire one year from the date of issue.
10. Minimodelshop.co.uk Gift Certificates may not be exchanged for cash.
11. For any purchase paid by Gift Certificates, where the transaction value is less than the face value of the Gift Certificate, change will be given.
